Breathing exercises developed in China from about 10,000 years ago according to researchers, when it was found that those who took part in a tribal dance called (da-wu) ‘Great dance’ gained heath benefits from it. The benefits possible from practicing Qi-Gong regularly are many. Qigong practice can help with depression, anxiety, headaches/migraines, vertigo/dizziness, water retention, numbness in the limbs, back pain & many more including cancer.
